Things I Miss From Home #1

Going into the grocery store and having a fairly good idea of what brands taste good and which don’t. Especially when it comes to no name brands. I’m finding that it’s a 50/50 toss up between a No Name brand tasting good and it having zero flavor – Not even a bad taste, necessarily, just no taste. How exactly do you manage to make cheese, or for that matter mac and cheese, taste like nothing?
